My grandfather, Dudley Cox, believed in one thing above almost everything else: own land.

Not because it was trendy. Not because someone told him to. Because he understood — long before it became a talking point — that real estate was one of the few tools ordinary people could use to build real, lasting wealth. He worked hard, accumulated assets, and left something behind for his children and grandchildren to build on.

That’s the legacy I grew up watching. And it’s the reason I got into real estate.

I’m Tee Rolle — a licensed Realtor with Premier Edge Realty serving the East Valley: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Queen Creek.

Before real estate, I spent years in sales. I have an MBA. I know how to read a deal, negotiate without drama, and tell clients the truth even when it’s not what they want to hear. Those aren’t things I learned in real estate school — they came from years of working in rooms where the stakes were real.

I’m also a husband, a father of four, and a basketball coach. Coaching taught me something that transfers directly to this work: you can’t fake preparation, and you can’t hide when it’s game time. I bring that same standard to every client I work with.

Here’s what I actually believe: homeownership is one of the most powerful wealth-building tools available to everyday families. My grandfather proved that. I’ve seen it firsthand.

My mission isn’t just to help people buy and sell houses. It’s to help East Valley families make smart real estate decisions — decisions that build equity, create stability, and leave something behind worth passing down.
